Questions we hear most.

Who can stay at Sun Vista?
Sun Vista is a 55+ active-adult community. One resident must be 55 or older and a second resident must be at least 45. We ask for photo ID to verify age so we can maintain our 55+ status. Rates are based on two people per site.
What is actually included in the price?
Your site with full hook-ups, 30/50-amp service and a concrete patio, plus full access to the pools, spas, courts, fitness center, recreation center, clubs and classes. See the amenities above for the full list.
Are utilities included in the price?
Yes, for October through May stays, all utilities are included in your site rate. For stays that fall within June through September, a utility fee may apply.
Are the concerts and dinner shows included?
The clubs, classes, pools, courts and resident activities are all included with your site. The headline entertainment, including tribute concerts, comedy shows and holiday dinner dances, is ticketed separately, and tickets are sold through the Activities Office at (928) 343-7710. There is a full slate scheduled for the 2026-27 season.
Will my rig fit?
Sites can accommodate most RVs and motorhomes. Our sites are level with concrete patios and 30 or 50-amp service. Because only a limited number of sites are offered on this special, give us a call at (928) 726-8920 with your length and type and we will confirm the right site for you before you put a deposit down.
What dates does this cover?
Arrivals run November through March. Longer stays carry into the spring. The 5 month, 29 day option runs close to six months from your arrival date. If you want to arrive earlier or stay later than the standard season, call the office at (928) 726-8920 and we will let you know what is available.
What is the 5 months, 29 days option about?
It is a six-month stay less one day, which carries a legal and tax advantage for seasonal residents. At $3,000 it works out to $500 per month for your site, the lowest monthly rate we offer.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome at Sun Vista, and we have fenced dog parks on property.
How do I hold a site?
A $450 deposit reserves your site, with the balance of rent due on arrival. Call (928) 726-8920 or send the form on this page and we will confirm what is available.
